Project Scope: Preparation of Architectural & Heritage Conservation Report categorised into, Conceptual Project Report, Detailed Report along with cost estimate, landscape and interior design, BOQ, analysis of rates & tenders specifications.

Client: Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Chandigarh

Project Brief: The scope of work encompasses, preparation of built architectural plans & elevations of the portion of the building, study of the historical & conservation related aspects of the building which may have an effect in finalizing the overall restoration scheme, obtaining brief from the users (IIAS) regarding further intended use of various portions of the building, so as to align the restoration scheme to the same, review of structural intervention scheme proposed by EPICONS from the point of view of architectural & heritage conservation aspects, and review of intervention schemes proposed by other services consultants from the point of view of architectural & heritage conservation aspects.
