Project Brief : A preliminary assessment of the current conditions at the Baha’i House of Worship, New Delhi was carried out to review the current status of the building and to understand the needs for its immediate and future repairs, upkeep and maintenance. After the initial assessment more detailed inspections, lab tests, consultations with past experts and any other national/international material experts were taken up for creating mock ups onsite for tile cleaning, tile repairs, protective coatings, concrete cleaning to establish all procedures for the final works to be executed on site, redesigning of services and maintenance equipment with detailed specifications and costing, supporting the management in inducting inhouse technical staff and familiarising the management staff with all these procedures.
