Project Scope: Preparation of a detailed project report for establishment of the John Marshall Museum and Buddhist theme park at Sanchi and supervision and execution of the proposed works.

Client: Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation Limited (MPSTDC)

The scope of work encompasses, background studies, assessments, context analysis and comparable studies, preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) inclusive of Layout plan, infra plans, disaster management framework, land use pattern, feasibility, funding options & financing pattern, preliminary operations plan, preliminary implementation plan, biddable and detailed working drawings ,BoQ, tender documents and all relevant architectural and engineering specifications as well as management plan for the Museum and Theme Park. The final stage shall be supervision of the execution of the proposed works for quality assurance and adherence to DPR. .
