Project Scope: Planning, Conceptual design options, 3d views, working drawings for all galleries as per research, Estimates and Specifications for all items, Suggesting vendors and materials. Coordination with all team members, archivists, curators and conservators for different galleries, Site Supervision, Project management and coordination with phasing of works. Reports for ongoing work and coordination with the Ministry of Culture on grant related requirement. Preparation and follow up of grant with Culture, Tourism, International NGOs.

Project Brief:The Darbargadh Palace Museum will serve as the City Museum of Rajkot showcasing its centuries old history, evolution, industrial development, governance and public works, festivals, cultural rites and rituals and stories about its people. It will incorporate the traditional techniques and craftsmanship with the most advanced technology and scientific research in its conservation and museum works.
