Project Brief:
The scope of work covers preparation of concept plan, detailed project report, designs, drawings and layout of the India Garden. It will include preparation of specifications, bill of quantities, bid document and assist National Horticulture Board (NHB) in selecting agencies for procurement of various materials/ items, which would be purchased in China. In the course of time a monthly calendar of activities for promotion of culture, cuisine and handicraft of various Indian states shall also be prepared. The range of works comprises of coordination with various State Governments for sponsoring activities, selection of suitable agency for operations and management of the India Garden for a period of two years.
